Community Involvement

The Daily Law Group believes in staying involved in their respective communities throughout Southern California and is active in charitable, service and civic organizations. The firm supports such causes as:

• Muscular Dystrophy Association - Mr. Daily was placed behind bars this year to raise money for the annual fight against Muscular Dystrophy. When his bail was reached he was escorted back to his office by the Newport Beach Fire Department.
  
• Orange County Deputy Sheriff's Association - Mr. Daily, a Deputy Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's Department is an active supporter of the Orange County Deputy Sheriff's Association, working hard to raise money to keep our peace officers safe. Mr. Daily lended his legal talents in securing a benolevent bequest of $250,000 for the working animals of the Sheriff's Department.

• Reeve/Irvine Research Center - A world class spinal cord research center with the goal of "finding the cure?" to paraplegia and quadriplegia. The Reeves-Irvine Research Center at the University of California School of Medicine. Mr. Daily worked with Irvine family matron, Joan Irvine Smith, in a lobby effort to secure additional funding for the Reeve/Irvine Research Center.

• United Cerebral Palsy - Provides vital therapy and services to children with special needs and disabilities throughout Southern California.
  
• Orangewood Children's Home PALS - An emergency shelter providing loving care and support for abused and neglected children.

How We Work For You

Unfortunately, life is not always fair. Bad things do happen to good people. Accidents happen, but in most cases, they were preventable and caused by the negligence of some other party. An inattentive or reckless driver causes an accident and changes a life forever. A simple surgery ends in injury or worse, death. A workplace accident caused by the negligence of a third party, hospitalizes the family breadwinner.

When accidents happen, the Daily Law Group is there for you and your family.

Your first contact to our office will most likely be a phone call. An attorney or firm representative is "on call" 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. The initial call and initial attorney consultation is free. You will be asked to provide the basic information about the facts and "what happened". The initial informal discussion will typically last between 15-30 minutes.

Next, we will arrange an appointment at your convenience. Depending on the circumstances and complexity of your case, an in-office appointment may be made or, again at your convenience, an in-home, at work, or even hospital visit can be scheduled. If requested, an in person appointment can be scheduled within four hours or less of your initial call.

Having completed the initial intake portion of your potential claim, your case will be reviewed and overseen by Mr. Daily, assigned to an attorney who works exclusively with your type of specialized case, an investigator, and medical correspondent. In addition, unlike other law firms, you will also be assigned a "client representative" who acts as your "concierge" assigned exclusively to your case to promptly return calls and keep you fully informed as to the status of your case.

Based on the specifics of your case, Mr. Daily and his legal team will provide all the necessary legal guidance, representation and information required to meet your needs.
